The European Union will be in later this month for cold rolled stainless steel plate imports from China and Taiwan to impose anti-dumping duties.
Committee plans to imports from China and Taiwan tariffs on steel about 25% and 25%, respectively. Earlier, the European steel producers association (‘ Eurofer) in May 2014, proposed a anti-dumping appeal.
The committee next week to submit the proposal for the eu member states, will be to carry out the duties before March 26. The move is temporary, until the end of the survey results at the end of September after further evaluation.
‘Eurofer said that China and Taiwan to the European Union in 2013 sold 620 million euros worth of cold rolled stainless steel plate, equivalent to about 17% of the total market, it has been dumped, selling commodities at unfairly low prices.
Another survey of Chinese manufacturers to obtain illegal subsidies will be ended at the end of September.
